- Developed an internal tool to detect CSRF vulnerability in our application which acts as a firewall and restricts the incoming vulnerable requests. Additionally used ZAP crawler to optimise the resource utilisation and accelerate the identification of potential security threats.
- Implemented successful integration with Zoho CRM to improve customer's efficiency working with sales leads and customers
- Implemented bug bounty integration as a fun project to automate the process of raising issues from the parent service to the child service, resulting in the seamless transfer of security vulnerabilities. Leveraging this integration, raised approximately 1200 issues in the child service, significantly reducing manual effort and enhancing the efficiency of our bug bounty management process
- Implemented a custom script trigger integration in our application to enable automated actions in response to customer interactions. Addressed a specific customer requirement by syncing worklogs with the Outlook calendar, enhancing productivity and workflow efficiency
- Responsible for maintenance and enhancement of our core modules Authentication, Integrations, Mail server settings along with a few other features such as webhook, sms settings
