  • Responsible for streamlining operations, sales, product analysis, finance & revenue management, profit & loss, product scope & market risk, audits and target achievements for pan India Fahrenheit counter.
  • Implement developmental action determine best methods to maximize sales as per market trends, prepare annual operating budget and manage the product line for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor category scorecards, make action plans to improve performance, prepare dashboards & analyse data from operations & store teams to establish metrics.
  • Document processes in order to expand and globalize the business, align with brands, managing the inventory, stock movement, stock ageing to ensure business readiness always.
  • Taken effective measures for improved factory to store responsiveness, monitor customer buying pattern, review market trends & competitors offering, alter strategies & boost growth by value-added solutions, quality checks, reduce overall product shrinkage.
  • Set goals, monitor and assess performances, report on individual and team performances, prepare data visualisation dashboards to understand the overall training needs of business both technical and behavioural.
  • Established management of store operations, financial administration, profit & loss, sales & marketing, vendor management and customer support service for Fahrenheit.
  • Implement SOPs for front-end store operations. Liaise with the internal & external stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth operations & monitor policies adherence at all retail Counter.
  • Interview & hire, conduct training for existing and new team members, evaluate performance against expectations & established goals, motivating team to become effective contributors towards business by instilling Ownership Mindset.
