• The design of sterilization cases, trays, caddies and accessory products for the orthopedic and medial device. Project consists of requirements gathering, surgical tool layout, bracket design / bracket layout, assembly, detailing, bill of materials and conversion of drawings to DXF & PDF formats.

• Supervising heat treatment activities like hardening and tempering of clutch components to acquire required hardness.
