This project involves the monitoring and support for surety domain related applications.
Analyzing all the alerts/bugs/ warnings that are received from monitoring tools.
Creating dashboards and monitors for all applications.
Resolve internal/external user issues and application failure, finding out the business impact during outage, fetch the respective team to fix the issue.
Providing RCA details to the business and updating in IMOP and iPrevent sites to prevent in the future.
Explaining the details to business owners/IT support owner about the incidents.
Analyzing the issue where it lacks in monitoring piece to prevent and resolve the issue/bugs before it affects business.
Coordinate with Dev/L3/Scrum Masters/Product owners to create application consistency.
Validating the app after a new release, engaging the respective team to verify the app, and letting business know about releases/maintenance/deployments/outages.

This project involves the monitoring and support 24/7 for the Dealer Business system of Nissan client.
It involves Monitoring the services using New Relic and AWS CloudWatch, resolving incidents based on modules, Dealer Business System Cutover activities, and MAINFRAME CICS updates for dealer cutover.
Creating reports and documenting the Health Checks, Rollout Report, P1 /P2 Incidents report, KPI Report, cutover report, also presenting the reports in respective meetings.
Planning and following up the change management and backout plan. As a part of "Parts Admin team"', I'm responsible for the parts related Incidents and change management tasks.
Responsible for the higher and onsite persons questions and, Guiding and supporting the newly joiners.

This project involves the maintenance and support for the ASSET Management applications of BNP Paribas client in Belgium.
Support team is responsible to ensure the all the Offshore BNPP AM Applications are available, and responsible for different environments like DEV, INT, UAT and PROD.
Support activities which involved in Non-Prod like Promotion from Low to Higher environment. Testing the Higher environment version with Lower environment are such an example of other activities.
Resolving the issues in SharePoint services, IBM WAS, Windows, and Linux servers and i configuring the Elastic search.
