I built an India GCC from the first hire to 250 people over 4.5 years running full P&L, entity governance, and AI-led workflow transformation for a NASDAQ-listed company. Before that I did the same at Pro.com for 4.5 years, joining when the India team was 8 people and building the operating foundation that scaled the business. Two zero-to-one GCC builds.
