- Currently working for Goldman Sachs for all telecom fixed services.
- Handling configuration activities on portal right from onboarding new clients to completing configuration for new users added on the client
- Processing invoices of multiple countries including China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, UK, US, Canada, India etc
- Having different origin languages
- Coordinating configuration activities with the respective team and with the project management team simultaneously to ensure the business is in sync
- Preparation of reports as required & requested (Monthly/Weekly/Daily) such as Master Invoice Tracker, Production Tracker, Etc
- Responsible for invoice processing and validating them in time
- Research on past due balance/New Account Handling/Allocations, Other account maintenance activities
- Responsible for dispute handling arising from Vendor / Client/ Exception handling
- Responsible for interacting with vendors to procure invoice copies, information on payments, resolve past due/payment issues, via emails, conference calls, etc
- Maintain a healthy relationship with clients via emails/calls and process their requests in a timely manner
- Training, Process Improvement, Preparing process-related SOP documents.
