I've worked on a variety of projects as a Fiber Engineer Advanced, applying my knowledge and expertise to improve team procedures. I have worked on MDT and research, which includes process automation and process improvement.
As the ATT SPOC for a new project called "KMZ planning," I have set up the procedure. I have managed the entire workload, worked with, and educated other engineers on job processes, and checked the quality of assignments.
I've improved my technical and leadership skills to the next level here. Along with team analysis, record-keeping, frequent feedback meetings with engineers, and team presentations to the leadership team, my current position has also helped me hone my team-leading abilities.
