I've worked on a variety of projects as a Fiber Engineer Advance, applying my knowledge and expertise to improve team procedures. I have worked on MDT and research, which includes process automation and process improvement.
As the ATT SPOC for a new project called "KMZ planning," I have set up the procedure. I have managed the entire workload, worked with and educated other engineers on job processes, and checked the quality of assignments.
I've improved my technical and leadership skills to the next level here. Along with team analysis, record-keeping, frequent feedback meetings with engineers, and team presentations to the leadership team, my current position has also helped me hone my team-leading abilities.

• As an OSP QC (Outside Plant Quality Control) Engineer 2, I have extensive experience in ensuring the quality of Jobs and updating the team with new projects and new update's
• I have a deep understanding of industry standards and customer specifications, which I apply during planning and designing to ensure that work is completed to the highest standard
• This enables me to identify issues early and provide effective solutions
• Additionally, I have experience collaborating with other engineers and project managers to develop plans and make recommendations for creating team improvements graphs
• Furthermore, with the role of QC I have developed the Team leading skills along with team analysis, maintaining the records, regular feedback sessions with engineers and presenting team to leadership team

• Trained in Fiber Planning and designing for latest 5g technology of FTTH, FTTB, FTTN, CRAN and remote CBAND cell sites in AT&T projects for whole CA, and Texas area
• Worked on all types of AT&T fiber project like LIGHTGIG, ASE, F2 route project, Fiber Nodes, CBAND, CRAN and TFW planning
• Having valuable experience on AT&T major tools like ARAMIS, NOVA, FRVT MIC, Google Earth etc
• Trained on Various Frontier tools like FROGS, CGIS, GIS, My maps, Varasset, GAP
• For Frontier site planning including FTTX, FTTN, FTTH and F2 planning

• Trained in posting work of JPA component, Pole Ocalc and replacement technology on AT&T tool ARAMIS, AOTX

• Here I obtained the knowledge of Robotics & IOT (under TIIC and C.E.R) working on AVR, Arduino ICSP Raspberry Pi in C.E.R
