Description : ROC which is an abbreviated name for “Read Only Case” is basically a Case Viewing tool where we can get description and details of various service request and tickets(Here known as CaseID’s). Presently we have this application where we can view the data that were pulled from four systems i.e. GCSS, CDAX, Samsung and Careforce. All data has been migrated to SQL Cache and we are viewing those data through ROC application. It also shows the historical transactions of customers and interactions for a particular order.

Description : It receives data files from external systems. IDS works with the Lotus Notes team and MOS team when source data issues arise for the Engineering Time Tracker application. This application is processed on a monthly basis. SQL Server Stored Procedures are used to load specific input files and maintain specific data tables. An additional SQL Server table is populated directly from Lotus Notes via a Lotus Notes agent.

All details are coded which includes current and historic medication, allergies, vaccination history, examinations, tests and consultation attendances together with treatment history and surgical procedures.
