Transport (Linehaul) Management:-

• Manage 3PL Fleet work for all operated Route.
• Cost Optimizations
• Route Planning/ Route Serve/ Route Design according to Load and TAT.
• Transporters Management, Vehicle Planning, Route Optimization, Vehicle Management.
• Additionally: Handling (Balbmer Lawrie LTD) Air-force FTL and PTL load for all India pickup/delivery and Also handing Oppo Mobile delivery/Pickup in all Punjab/HP/JK
• Working on PDD file on daily basis (Prompt Delivery Date) and find Route cause, how can we control our daily failures
• Handling overall responsibility to meet vehicle TAT.

Operational Tasks/Warehouse Management:-

• Manage overall transshipment and Operation work with 75 off-roll manpower and 5 Supervisor/Three on-roll Executive (within three shift)
• Pre-planning for incoming/Outgoing load
• 10 vehicles bring load from Uncha Majra (Gurgaon) to us in 24 hours. Which we unload in Ambala (Mid Hub), After unloading we will segregate all the load according to the locations (300 Locations) and connect all load accordingly to planned connection For Haryana/Punjab/JK/Himachal Pradesh (This is our daily routine).
• Planning Inbound+Outbound vehicles planning
• Working on daily Hub Pend-ency Report and In-transit report, Whether the load we connected has been successfully delivered or not and also followup till reach at location and inscan after reaching all the locations
• Operation (Pickup and Booking): Pickups from Baddi, Rajpura, and Chandigarh, coordinating with the relevant team for timely collection , Managed pickups from Baddi, Rajpura, and Chandigarh, coordinating with the relevant team for timely connection,Responsible for booking shipments after receiving them from the pickup locations after bookings were confirmed, segregated loads based on the destination and ensured accurate categorization
• Planned vehicle for each load according to the destination, ensuring efficient transportation and timely deliveries

• Individually Shift Handle (Inbound/Outbound logistics), Shop Floor Management/DEPS/Operational Challenges/ Loading-Unloading Pattern with FIFO -LIFO /Daily Booking Consignment's QC/Documentation/Planning for In-stock-In-transit Load (Arrange vehicle from Market for Ahmadabad/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangaload/Lucknow/Kolkata/Hyderbad/Surat/Gurgaon/Punjab/HP/JK/Haryana)
• Gurgaon Branch - Delivery and Pickup Coordinator: Managed daily delivery and pickup operations, handling approximately 25 to 30 tons of deliveries and pickups
• Responsible for closing daily deliveries and ensuring smooth operations for the same
• Assigned pickup tasks to the relevant teams and ensured timely execution
• Handled daily cash closing processes and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions

• Managed day-to-day department operations with effective workflow coordination.
• Provided administrative support with accurate document preparation and data entry.

• Supervised connections for Punjab, Himachal, and Jammu regions during the night shift, ensuring smooth and timely
  operations. Daily data entry for shipments booked, updating the system for accurate tracking and reporting. Prepared e-
  Sugam for Bangalore shipments and G-Sugam for Kolkata and Odisha shipments on a daily basis, ensuring compliance
  with necessary regulations.
