• Provided functional support for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module to end-users, resolving issues and inquiries related to sales order processing, pricing, delivery and shipment processing, billing and invoicing, and customer master data management.
• Resolved production issues and system errors related to SAP SD processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Managed and prioritized incidents reported by end-users, utilizing ticketing tool to track, monitor, and document status and resolution of each incident in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provided on-call support during off-hours and weekends as part of the support team rotation schedule to address critical issues and ensure system availability.
