• Leveraging 3+ years of SAP functional experience across Implementation, Support, and Enhancements to drive the end-to-end S/4 HANA 2020 Greenfield implementation, serving as the primary SAP SD consultant while simultaneously managing SAP PS requirements.
• Directing the complete project lifecycle from Requirement Gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, and Blueprinting, to authoring comprehensive Business Solution Design Documents (BSDD) and Configuration Specification Documents (CSD).
• Configuring foundational Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows, handling the lifecycle of sales orders, inbound/outbound deliveries, and complex billing operations, while aligning these with Project Systems (PS) structures.
• Managing and troubleshooting complex EDI/IDOC interfaces and scheduling critical background batch jobs to ensure seamless integration between standard SAP modules and external systems.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions by drafting detailed Functional Specifications (FS) using RICEFW knowledge to build custom SD workflows and PS reports in coordination with ABAP development teams.
• Executing rigorous testing cycles across the integrated SD/PS landscape, including Unit, System Integration (SIT), Performance, User Acceptance (UAT), and Regression testing.
• Acting as the core liaison between Client SMEs, business users, and technical teams to perform fit-gap analysis, identify critical issues, and prepare Proof of Concepts (POCs) demonstrating the value of new SAP functionalities.
• Delivering robust post-go-live Application Support via Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management, alongside creating process flows and knowledge databases to train and empower business users.
