Responsibilities include but not limited to establishing and implementing a self-perpetuating product compliance strategy that ensures the corporation achieves and sustains compliance with all applicable international, federal, state and local regulations. This will include designing and implementing programs, policies and practices. More specifically, I:

• Reduced costs associated with the disposal of hazardous waste by $80,000 and mitigated risks associated with improper disposal by negotiating pricing/fees and contracts, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services
• Cut labor costs associated with regulatory reporting and analysis by 70% through standardization and program development, while ensuring accurate reporting with minimal regulatory oversight
• Minimized errors associated with regulatory documentation (SDSs, Labels, etc.) through effective communication, training, standardization, and process development
• Decreased interdepartmental dependencies associated with locating regulatory documentation through file consolidation and project management, while enhancing company-wide knowledge of departmental key actors and their respective roles/functions

Handled all aspects of governmental regulatory data management and report generation. Maintained Compliance in all areas of governmental regulation and environmental law, including among others:

• Performed profitability analysis on product SKUs, while providing alternative solutions to managing product SKU's, such as identifying substitutes and/or product consolidation, eliminating dead-stock items, and creating guidelines for new entry products.
• Eliminated longstanding regulatory issues with the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) with regards to waste water discharge by evaluating test methods and wastewater process, while developing and presenting test studies to determine and confirm false representation of test results
• Mitigated risks associated with workplace injuries by developing/enhancing loss control programs and standard operating procedures (SOP), while implementing corporate metrics for evaluating safety and performance
• Headed project to acquire new patented product/technology to become the sole toll manufacturer for new and existing customers, while successfully implementing procedures/processes from start to finish
