My job includes but is not limited to the following:

• Monitor real-time operations around the globe using web-based applications and setting up the rig in CRM with well plans; generating Survey Programs and login credentials for the rig personnel.
• Requesting survey sets, inspecting tool dimensions used in BHA, assembling the BHA in Saphira and carrying out pre-run analysis and sending it to survey quality for SAG analysis.

• Providing updates and categorizing the wells being drilled in standby, real-time, tripping or batch sections. Performing TDA's and making sure all the services requested by the rig during onboarding are provided. Making EOD reports and handover.

• Worked closely with Operations & Planning Teams to improve business processes & workflow design for CRM and trained 100+ new joiners in the department with the operation process.

• Added 10 new lucrative properties to the portfolio and achieved profitability through coordain working with other stakeholders.

• Provided technical sale support for Exxon Mobil lubricants and prepared business proposals to match technical requirements and specifications as per client requirements.

• Achieve sales by providing technically suitable products by providing technical specifications and understanding customer needs and requirements.

• Analyzed water chemistry around Heera installation’s ongoing operations.
