· Managing Onboarding clients while collecting documents and validating it as per standard.

· Oversees end to end onboarding process and co-ordinates with various departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

· Handling the operation aspects of account opening, including data entry, document verification and coordination with other departments for streamline process.

· Maintaining checklist and internal quality trackers to ensuring accuracy and high quality in the process for our clients.

· Providing floor support and resolving the doubts and queries within a team.

Responsible for assisting clients in Trade Processing with account opening procedures, addressing questions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Reporting and preparing the structured and organized summaries of data and information that provide insights into various aspects of the process

• Researching and investing the cost basis of the securities held by the client and updating the same in his portfolio accordingly, which involves in applying corporate actions to the securities and calculate the cost basis and report the same.
• Research and Review the Corporate Action Events.
• Updating and Managing the Client Portfolio on CostBasis.
