As part of this role the below were some of the activities which I need to perform to drive the automation.

I shall be working closely with PMs and Account DPEs in conducting various workshops and provided presentation to client in seeking their approval for the design.

Gather technical requirements – engage with multiple stakeholders from various accounts and understand the business problem and automation opportunities.

Draft a technical solution documentation by producing HLD ( high level design ) and present it to the customer and DPEs to secure the approval, this includes the cost model also.

Prepare a project plan with timelines and advise the project managers who will be engaged in driving the project. Both the POC and steady state transitions.

During the solution design phase, as an architect I shall present the solution with Architect review board (ARB) and come up with the Architectural decision for the deployment.

Once the solution is fully approved by the project team, our squad will be responsible for any new code development in scope.

I will be giving directions to my team with flow design on how the execution should happen. Also engaged in fixing the identified issues to improve workflows.

Produce optimized test cases to maximize success of manual software testing. Also, worked closely with different departments to develop innovative solutions to functionality issues.

As an Off-shore Technical Lead responsible for providing EMC SMARTS and Tivoli systems management tool support and development for the US based client Walgreens (WAG).

• Maintain and manage the Enterprise Monitoring solution for the WAG Infrastructure and Enhance the solution, incorporate new features, and support the scope expansion.
