• Process accurate and timely payment through review and audit of out-of-tolerance supplier invoices.
• Reduce invoices that are out of tolerance by performing analysis to determine solution recommendations.
• Correspond effectively and responsively with the supplier regarding their invoice status.

a) Control Daily receipt of shipment notices, enter into control log and document steps until invoices is generated.

b) Constantly reviewing the contract for each shipment to ensure all changes are present and accurate.

c) Interaction and research with the setup group when discrepancies are discovered on charges

d) Timely release requests for charges associated with each shipment.

e) Audit the final invoice to ensure all charges are accurately presented

f) Gathering date from multiple resources and preparing dash boards , weekly reports and presenting to management

a) Process invoices & Conduct audits for US , CA , ERAC , LRAC & ISMEA Countries.

b) Timely Payment of invoices with high level of accuracy.

c) Interact with internal UPS Staff & Vendors when there are Discrepancies on the invoices
