• Key Responsibilities
• Create and mange files for custom clearance of air and ocean shipment
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of storage pay
• Working on Cw1 shipment on the cw1 application and updating details on different tabs like Basic registration, Invoice headers, invoice lines , packing , Transportation etc
• Prepare and submit schedule B reports via excel and to get the actual schedule calculator with the help of Hts code, Eccn No. , Qty, Amount and Country of origin (COO) and the same excel has been updated in the Cw1 portal on the respective HBL and stations
• Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance process
• Review and verify documentation for compliance with customs regulations
• identify and resolve any discrepancies or issue in the clearance process
• Provide training and support to team members
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and Quality performance

• In this Organisation i was working in a process name Pernod Ricards
• I used to call the driver and ask them the eta and etd of the shipment there was a Gps tracker which was installed in the truck we used to get the location and same has been updated in the portal
• Efficiently and effectively identified and solved all problems that impacted direction of business.

• I used to make call, mail, chat and interact with the customer service from different carriers and i used to provide them the details of the customer and also update the etd and eta of the shipment

• I used to take calls and daily updates from client and i used to inform the same to the team members
