What I Do:

• Mentor & Coach: Lead and mentor junior developers through regular 1:1s—guiding on best practices, coding standards, and career growth.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end software delivery pipeline.
• CI/CD Implementation: Design and implement continuous integration and deployment strategies for faster releases and higher application reliability.
• Client Communication: Maintain transparent, ongoing dialogue with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles—providing accurate progress reports and driving rapid issue resolution.

Suite Manager

• Led the development and maintenance of a web-based Suite Manager that enables customers to remotely install, upgrade, and patch software suites across multiple machines.

• Leveraged Angular, Django Python and PowerShell scripts to streamline deployment processes, reduce manual overhead, and enhance system reliability and user experience.

DevOps Cost Optimization with Automated AMI Management

• Drove a cost optimization initiative to manage and standardize over 1,500+ AWS AMIs used for testing various customer-specific configurations.

• Built a Jenkins-based pipeline that checks for suitable AMIs by AWS tags, creating new instances only if none match—significantly cutting redundant machines and AWS spend.

• Automated tagging by powering on existing AMIs, running detection scripts to identify software suites, and then generating updated AMIs while retiring outdated ones.

• Deployed a lightweight service on all new AMIs to retrieve and run scripts from the cloud, enabling further on-demand automation and simplified configuration management.

ERP Modernization Project

• Contributed to migrating a legacy desktop ERP application into an Angular-based web platform by analyzing existing workflows and developing modern backend APIs to replicate and enhance original functionality.

• Resulted in improved maintainability, scalability, and user experience.

About Client: Luminor Bank AS is a bank headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with branches in Latvia and Lithuania. It is the third-largest bank in the Baltics and in Estonia. Luminor has a deposit market share of 16% and lending market share of 22%.

Role Description:

• Performed internal system acceptance to deliver well-tested enhancements and meet business requirements.
• Developed/Worked good understanding about payment system, Internet Banking.
• Developed new functionalities like Instant card issuing, ISO notification, Data warehouse reporting etc.
• Performed role like developer/Tech lead.
• Created various architecture/Integration diagram about functionalities/application via VS Studio.

Role Description:

• Updated old code bases to modern development standards, improving functionality.
• Designing the RDBMS schema as per functionality requirement with adding index to increase the efficiency.
• Added a python layer to consume rest services and integrated with desktop application.
• Created many utilities in python for sending/reading emails, reading barcodes etc etc and integrated with desktop application via host host.
• Collaborated with clients to define solution requirements.
