• Completely new aux. steam interconnection header SA report for Mahan project with multiple short expansion loops to cater to customer pipe rack constraints was released on very short notice (2024-25).
• Indent for bulking of ME bellows indent was raised for Lara, Sipat & Singrauli Projects for bringing down the overall cost for ME bellows procurement based on simplified & revised Tech. specification&PQR for ME bellows package (2024-25).
• Completed Flexibility Analysis of 8.2m duct for first time for ACC In-house design (2023-24).
• Development of BFD piping with higher thick ID controlled bends for 3x800 MW Patratu project for enhancing the shop utility of BHEL-PC (2019-20).
