My total experience in Salesforce has been around 5.5 years. As part of smaller projects I've also worked on Service Cloud Implementation and worked as a DevOps SPOC during my employment with previous organisation.

- Worked as part of a dedicated team of resources, to establish a setup for customer community that allows for modern passwordless login, and digitses the Bank's enrollment to reduce the customer onboarding from a few days to a couple of hours.
- The internal portal we developed was actively used by the bank's staff to manage the life cycle of money lending products.
- Worked as a single point of contact for an integration backed development to connect the bank system to a central data repository to fetch critical data and place it within the org system strategically combined with asynchronous processes, to update said data at specified intervals.

- Started my Salesforce Development career in the org as part of a team that was working towards the development, and enhancement of Sales portal for an Indian Financial Provider company.
- The legacy systems I worked here, were particularly challenging , as the data code base was extremely dense, and we were in the process of moving from VF pages to Aura architecture, Hence, there was a lot of on-the-job learning.
- The database was also vast, hence we had to continously be on the lookout for performance enhacements in our existing codebase.
- Solved a bottleneck using Content Distribution functionality provided by Salesforce to allow for viewing of customer data in the form of image used in VF pages, which were distributed to customers as pdf files.
- Employed use of Async apex tools to fragment the business process into critical and non-critical parts to allow for faster page loads.
