• Handling Core Banking Technology of United Bank of India (Bank24 from TCS) and (Finacle from Infosys)
• Giving End user training to banks and troubleshoot the problems in frontline as well as branch Managerial cadre in banking operation for core banking system
• It includes all types of support, troubleshooting, implementation, and support activities.
• Offered client training services via on-site and online interaction to streamline onboarding process for newly implemented systems.

• Part of a team which is working on the project which is design for ESIC hospitals, troubleshoot the problems Related to ERP, Insurance & HIS from frontline as well as backend
• And giving the all type of L2 support & taking follow-up in the agreed timeframe, issues/escalations to next level of support for further resolution, It include, troubleshooting and Support activities.
