• SCADA System Implementation: Led the design and implementation of SCADA system for a CGD company managing ~150 CNG & CGS stations, integrating with enterprise and operational applications such as Journey Management, RFID, SAP, CCTV, GIS, ensuring seamless operations across a large network.
• System Communication & Integration: Established communication of key packages—Compressors, Dispensers, DRS, Odorant Systems, Fire & Gas Systems—with RTUs and subsequently with Cloud-based SCADA using TCP/IP, MODBUS, and DNP-3 protocols.
• Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Provided continuous operation & maintenance support from the Noida Master Control Room, ensuring reliable real-time monitoring and quick resolution of issues.
• Project & Contractor Coordination: Oversaw contractor work execution in compliance with project procedures, safety and quality standards, and project schedules. Conducted design/document reviews, offering technical inputs for design correctness, adherence to codes, standards, and CGD sector specifications.

• Monitored completion progress and coordinated offshore and onshore activities for material and manpower to minimize changes in scope, schedule, and cost.

Emergency Shutdown Systems, Wellhead Control Panels, and Fire & Gas Projects

• Led development of Emergency Shutdown Systems (PLC) for Wellhead Control Panels, including design, proposals, estimation, and tendering.
• Executed engineering deliverables such as I/O lists, JB drawings, GA drawings, system architecture, control narratives, interlock/voting logic, and Cause-and-Effect charts.
• Designed and engineered Wellhead Control Panels, accumulators, hydraulic sizing, Fire & Gas panels, and ESD systems in compliance with offshore standards.
• Managed hardware procurement and vendor coordination (Safety PLCs, detectors, controllers); conducted FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities including detector calibration and system acceptance testing.
• Coordinated multi-location engineering teams (Singapore, India, Abu Dhabi) ensuring timely project delivery.

• ADNOC EPC Replacement of OGD-II and OGD-0 ageing network, BAB fields – detailed system and hardware engineering (Rockwell PLC).
• NPCC Abu Dhabi & Afcons India – F&G Detection System life extension for ONGC well platforms; delivered FDS, architecture, Cause-and-Effect logic, hardware procurement, and commissioning.
• ADMA-OPCO Zakum Offshore – PLC-based Electro-Hydraulic Safety Shutdown System for 3BT and 4GI towers (5 platforms); complete system and hardware engineering, FDS, Cause-and-Effect logic, FAT and SAT.

• Managed erection, commissioning, and integration of DCS/ESD systems; developed and modified logics, graphics, and I/O as per Cause-and-Effect, control narratives, and P&IDs.
• Provided engineering support for logic checks, loop testing, and successful SAT execution.

• Mangala Processing Terminal Expansion (EPC1 & EPC2), Cairn Energy India – Installed/commissioned DCS & ESD panels; completed FAT; integrated VRU, pumps, heater, filters, FGS, and new boiler into existing plant.
• Aishwarya Oil Field Well-pads 2 & 8, Cairn Energy India – Installed DCS panels/consoles; supported 2000+ loops with ESD & F&G logic modifications.
• HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd. Refinery, Bhatinda – MS Block (NHT, ISOM, CCR, HRU); installed/configured DCS & ESD panels; loop-checked 7000+ loops including 500+ FF loops.

• Material Planning and Spare Management (raising PR, inventory management) with the help of SAP – R/3.
