  • The Capability Development team offers various training modules to enhance employee skills. The courses, designed for employees at Management Levels 10 to 13, include PowToon, AWACS, PowerPoint, Agile, Domain - Insurance - Commercial Lines 201, Storytelling, Domain - Insurance - Personal Lines 201, Visio, Voice Assessor, Basics of Excel, Power BI, Discover, Written Comms, and Basics of Grammar and V&A.

    Mandatory for Communication coaches: Communication trainers are required to attend specific sessions, including Voice Assessor and Written Comms.

    Registration and Enrollment: Employees can enroll in the courses by clicking on the registration links and updating their details by March 5th, 5:00pm IST/ 7:30pm PHT. Nominations are limited due to batch size restrictions.

    Additional Information: All training batches are combined between the Philippines and India teams, and sessions may be canceled if there's limited registration (less than 5). For self-paced courses, learning links will be shared directly with participants after nominations are received. All ILTs will be conducted on video, so participants should be camera-ready.
