Successfully reduced redundant FG codes by 60% at the company level, significantly improving system cleanliness by eliminating unnecessary data.
Managed and governed the MARA/MARC data in the SAP IBP system, overseeing 20+ attributes at the MARA level for more than 25,000 FG codes in collaboration with cross-functional teams across all markets.
Developed a Special Procurement Key (SPK) to automate transportation lane creation in the system, assigning it to 150,000+ entries at the MARC level to optimize NRP outputs.
Oversaw and trained users in the creation of planning objects, enhancing the accuracy of transactional data in the system.
Order Based Planning and Real Time Integration (Deployment) : improving deployment planning efficiency and cost optimization.
Part of a cross-functional team for implementation of the deployment module (Distribution Planning and Truck Load Building) as a part of SAP IBP implementation for India market.
Performing As-Is process analysis, designing of To-Be process and testing of current use cases for evaluation of the technical solution.
