  • Making sure that he practice nets and pitches are ready before the start of the tournament
  • Ground is ready which including the grass cutting, watering of ground to make it soft and levelling of the ground before the event starts.
  • Making all the arrangements on the venue like food, seating arrangements for players, match officials & guests, wiring for the cameras, accommodation, Liason with match referee and BCCI officials, Tents & electricity arrangements, cleanliness and hygine at the venue.
  • Making sure that the Venue is ready as per the requirements of BCCI norms and handing over the ground to the officials on the match day on time.
  • Inspection by the match officials which include match referee & umpires from BCCI is complete and satisfactory on every rest day.
