• PASS : PMO AS SHARED SERVICES :- The important thing of a PMO is to have a well versed knowledge about budget and financing and having track of profitability margin.
• Monitor program / project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned.
• PASS team handles creation of New WON (Work Order Number) and Performance Obligation (POB), modification of the same, Management of allocation and deallocation of associates, Invoicing, Billing and Invoice Delivery, Releasing the Unutilized Cost Budget (UUCB) and Foreseeable Loss (FL).

MIS : MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

• Experience in Reporting and Data Management.
• Preparing reports and perform quality review of reports generated.
• Preparing dashboards for teams.
• To generate timely and accurate reports for analysis, implement and analyze data to create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Act as SME for staff and new team members to guide them on reports.
• Seek to learn quickly and strive to continually improve services offered.
