• Formulating & Executing Trainings at -Chandigarh, Himachal & Haryana territory to ensure the sales training to be delivered effectively. (Handling team of 10 Sales Managers/10 6 TSR's/ 90+ CSR's)
• Accountable for all Training related needs for Sales Team, Exclusive IFB Stores, MBO/LFR's for all level of employees.
• Driving sales initiatives & achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of Branch with Branch Manager.
• Conducting competition analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors to achieve market share metrics.
• Timely Update of all Training records, Feedback of Product quality to factory , Maintenance of Training center.
• Ensure Online Learning for all employees & also Conducting activities to encourage people and generate ideas & business.
• Attending customers at their place to understand their satisfaction level about company products.

• Provisioning & Commissioning of Electrical Circuits with the help of Network management system, Testing of SDH Systems, Software testing on ATE, testing of Optical, Electrical, Ethernet cards.
• Testing, Monitoring, Maintenance of SDH Networks TELLABS Equipment’s.
• Working on Tellabs NM2100 Craft Terminal, 6300 Extended Craft Terminal for testing of NE’s.
• Checking Synchronization in system.
