ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Access Control
- User administration activities which involve creation/delimitation/locking/modifying users
- Analyzing of missing authorizations and assigning Roles to users.
- Determining and highlighting to the business if any risks will be introduced to a User Id by simulating the addition of transactions and Roles.
- Performed role and user access remediation based on the SoD and critical access reports for reduction of conflict count.
- Assisted client to design SoD remediation themes and helped them perform SoD remediation at role and user level.
- Using Access Request Management functionality, Raising GRC requests for new user creation (single & multiple), addition of roles to existing users, deletion of roles from user, deletion of users from the system, approving the GRC requests after analyzing risk analysis result.
- Experience in creating and assigning FF ID’s and extracting Fire Fighter logs.
- Setup of Firefighter IDs including assignment of Owners/Controllers/Users to Firefighter IDs
- Proficient in creating the Developer Keys and Object keys from SAP Service Place
Process Control
- Creating and Maintaining the Master Data - Organization, Business process including Subprocess and Control as per the client’s requirement.
- Performed Control referencing – Assignment and Removal of Reference control to a Subprocess
- Assignment of new users, Replacement and Removal of existing Users using Mass Maintenance tool.
- Provided support for Quarterly Control Self-Assessment scheduled for all the Organizations.
- Monitoring and Re-triggering the Outbound emails using SOST Transaction.
Other Skills
- Worked on ticketing tool like ServiceNow to resolve the issues & problems
- Experience in identifying and resolving issues/requests and daily support activities within desired SLA.
- Can develop VBA tool based on SAP GUI Scripting and VBA to automate repetitive jobs.
