- Daily distribution and periodical distribution (Ex-dates) postings and validation.
- Corporate actions monitoring and addressing to internal teams, and calculation of CA tie-out to check the impact on funds.
- Daily interaction with the upstream team, like income, treasury, trade processing, and pricing, to have a close monitor on the funds accrual, expense booking, trade booking, and pricing of funds to make sure funds are not having divergence to NAV.
- Work on month-end financial reporting, like management fee reporting, SEC yield reporting, FAS 157 reporting, and ensure timely delivery of reports without SLA miss.
- Liaise with various functional teams, such as the trade team, TLM recon team, corporate action team, pricing team, and investment manager, for break resolution and smooth delivery of NAV.
- Manage cash/stock reconciliation and send a clean report to the client.
- Review monthly tasks of MIS, client requirements, and yearly audit requirements.
- Working on trial sign off every month by validating all parameters.
