Roles and Responsibilities
Lithium-Ion cells:

• Cells characterization activity to ensure the performance of cells to use in the pack and this includes working on below tests and analyzing the results
• Charge Performance,
• Discharge Performance,
• Internal resistance characteristics,
• Temperature Performance,
• Storage Performance (Calendar Life),
• OCV Characteristics,
• Cell capacity (Ah & Wh) for different DOD
• Cells characterization activity to ensure the safety of cells to use in the pack and this includes working on below test and analyzing the results
• Extreme temperature storage test,
• Life cycle test,
• Capacity test,
• Deep discharge test,
• Overcharge test,
• Short circuit test,
• Nail penetration Test

Battery Pack:

• Verification of lithium cells and lithium battery pack performance by conducting Charge and Discharge Cyclic Test
• Life cycle test for Wheeler membrane PCB Test Plan - 5000 Cycles Executed Plan -5223 Cycles
• Battery pack performance test and drive cycle test at elevated temperatures - 10,15,30,45,50
• Wheeler pack drop test to check the endurance of the pack.
