• Map “as-is” and define “to-be” business processes using BPMN or similar standards.
• Design end-to-end business workflows leveraging Newgen's low-code automation platform.
• Create detailed BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Guide and mentor junior business analysts and functional consultants.
• Review their deliverables for quality, completeness, and alignment with client expectations.
• Act as a bridge between business, QA, and development teams.
• Define and review test plans and test cases.
• Support UAT and SIT (System Integration Testing).
• Ensure the solution meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment.
• Identify requirement changes, scope creep, or process inefficiencies and flag risks early.
• Contribute to status reporting and client communications during project delivery.
• Have deep expertise in Newgen platforms (especially OmniDocs, OmniFlow iBPS, NewgenOne).
• Recommend platform-based configurations vs. customizations based on client needs.

• Engage in periodic market research to gather trends & incorporation of regulatory changes in Lending industry.
• Customer Engagement, Requirement Elicitation and Analysis, and creating product stories in generic ways to impact larger audience.
• Focus on Process automation, Digital Lending, and Documentation.
• Ensuring readiness of product in terms of mobility, omnisourcing digital integrations, and STP flows.
• System UAT and Go Live Support to other teams and assisting Q.A teams for testing.
• Requirement prioritization, re-visiting backlogs and finalizing product release features and roadmap for future releases.
• Knowledge transfer to development teams for enhancements and improvements in Product.
• Coordination with Implementation and pre-sales teams to responding RPFs as per features and roadmap available in Product.
• Consultative approach towards pain areas and offering various solutions to expand the business of the existing customers.
