HR Business Partner responsible for handling Talent Management activities for sub-verticals within Digital Business Operations (BPO) and act as south zone lead representing the BU.
Locations managed: Chennai, Bangalore, Mangalore, Coimbatore & Kochi.
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
- Managed end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation.
- Conduct Policy sessions, Pre-Hire orientation and Onboarding sessions.
- Assess effectiveness of current practices bring innovation and own contribution to respective location initiatives.
- Tracked and reported metrics to identify trends and establish goals to meet business needs.
- Oversaw legal compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations in addition to compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other HR Functional Leaders and COE folks to identify and influence changes that will bring improvements to people practices, systems, and processes.

- Reduce variance regarding early attrition versus actual attrition.
- Setting up weekly and monthly calls with multiple stakeholders.
- Sending out Monthly reports for the projects handled.
