• Serving as a senior tester for the SIT, Vodafone direct client team.
• Working as a tester for the Heritage CCS Enterprise and Network Team. In this role, we primarily checked APIs and the network side to see if cops had been generated. If something went wrong, we will look into it.
• Here, we're utilizing Soap UI, databases, PuTTY, VDI, Comlcm, and automation frameworks, like TestNG.

Examining the main features of the project and manually testing them with test programs like Siebel, OSM, and FMW
used the ADO defect management tool to log and monitor bugs, report them to the development team, analyze problems, and retest fixed defects. Increase the scope of test cases to include new features and functionalities, and increase test execution, performance, and run time by improving test scripts.

• Technologies: - Helix net cracker tool, SQL, database.
• Responsibilities: Part of this project involved handling fixed consumer incidents on Helix, identifying the root cause of the issues, and reducing the inflow of incident counts.
