Responsibilities:

• Worked as a Build and Release Engineer to automate the Build and Deploy process.
• Responsible for Software installation, Version updates, User setup and Security access to prophet professional and prophet tools.
• Responsible for UAT testing, delivering MPF’s to business team post confirmation from development team, to handle deployment within SLA and running production runs & loads.
• Support to basic Citrix related issues for users who access Actuarial application.
• Involved in daily interactions to identify challenges and dependency issues with the developers and planning automation for smooth releases.
• Having 3.5 years of experience working in insurance domain.

Role: Senior Systems Engineer in internal applications - IT APP L2 PS is a combination of One Transport, Moodle assessment, TruTime and IT resources technical team, CRS L1 and One Communicator applicaiton.
