• Continuous Build & Deploy and Release Management
• Creating Release Policies, Procedures and Publishing the Release Calendar
• Working on Month End DB backup activity/DB Refresh/DB script execution
• Review Release Intake request & Create Change Tickets (Production/DR)
• Lower Environment allocation & Deployments (INT/QA)
• Perform release Checkpoint calls and ensure completeness of release artifacts

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of servers including patching and Reboot on scheduled change window.
• Start/stop the EC2 instances in AWS Tech Ops application.
• Assisting clients with commerce order issues (i.e using curl commands to retransmit/refund their orders)
• To analyze the errors when we receive alerts and to resolve the issues as soon as possible
• To monitor the data in trackers daily, updating and sending weekly reports to clients.
• Working on the issues without any breaches or escalations.
• Assisting users in providing and revoking the access as an Okta admin and resolving their access issues. Creating and Managing Distribution lists.
