Description: Neural TTS serves as a proxy to Microsoft's Text-to-Speech technology, whether it be to Azure Cognitive Services or on-premise Microsoft containers.

Responsibilities:

• Skills Used: C#, Selenium, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Azure DevOps, SRE, IcM.
• Performed cloud-native feature testing in Kubernetes environments using Helm charts and Docker containers.
• Performed end-to-end UI automation testing on a web application using C#, Selenium, and MSTest framework.
• Performed backend API test automation using pytest.
• Worked as SRE L1 on-call and Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for providing production support in hosted environments.

Product: Text to Speech NVC (Nuance Vocalizer for Cloud)

Description: Nuance's text-to-speech synthesizer. The NVC environment consists of Nuance Vocalizer for Enterprise (NVE), one or more Nuance voices, Nuance Vocalizer for Cloud (NVC), and a license server

Responsibilities:

• Skills Used: C#, Selenium, Perl, Kubernetes, docker, Linux, Harness, GitLab, SRE, PagerDuty
• Performed cloud-native feature testing in Kubernetes environments using Helm charts, Prometheus, and Alert Manager monitoring tool.
• Developed automation test cases for NVC functional tests and API tests using Perl script.
• Worked as SRE L1 on-call and Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for providing production support in hosted environments
• Execute the manual test cases to verify text-to-speech conversion using Nuance Vocalizer for Enterprise core engine and various voice packs.

Product: MSP Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developed automation test cases using Cucumber framework with Java Selenium.
• Execute REST API testing using Postman and automate it using the Rest Assured library.
• Attending daily scrum meetings with the onshore team to discuss the milestones and progress.
