• Handling of HPLC(Agilent with-EZ CHROME, Shimadzu with LC-SOLUTIONS,Waters with EMPOWER 3 QT) UV-Visible spectrophotometer ( SHIMABZU 1800). Auto Karlfischer titration ( Datla360 F,Lab India). Dissolution test apparatus ( D.B.K,ELECTROLAB,LAB INDIA). Stability Chambers(MACK PHARMA TECH). Potentiometer. Polari meter. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and Reviewing of SOPs, Specifications and test methods for all materials. Keeping safe custody of reference and working standards, primary standard chemicals, storage as per norms, prepare documents for preparing working standards and documenting the same. Instruments shall be calibrated in-house kept under satisfactory working condition and maintaining log of all operations. Making sure that qualification of the equipments is done. Testing of all Raw materials, In-process, Intermediates, Labeling, Packing Materials. Review and report any out of calibration instruments, deviation in methods and out of specification results. Preparing and carrying out stability studies in accordance with the schedule and procedures as per ICH stability guidelines, to support retest or expiry dates and storage conditions intermediates where appropriate. Ensuring receipt, maintenance, traceability and safe handling of all chemicals used in the laboratory operations. Calibrating the instruments through outside agency, if required. Ensuring that control samples of raw materials and finished products as appropriate are collecting, maintaining and monitoring the relevant records. Ensuring that proper housekeeping of the laboratory is done as per SOP and maintained records. Ensuring that all equipment such as ovens refrigerators, fume cupboards are cleaned as per SOP and records maintained. Review of completed laboratory control records before release of products and approve the COAs. Review of supplier’s COAs and contract testing laboratory reports and approving the same as appropriate.
