• Involved in various business meetings to analyze and document business requirements related to OTC process.

• Handling the AIF IDOC monitoring tool to keep an eye on and analyze errors in incoming and outgoing IDOC messages of different types, such as SHIPCON, STPPOD, INVOIC, ORDERSP, and ORDCHG.
• Involved in the technical specification review process to create reports and provide the technical team with understanding of functional logic.
• Solving end user problems involved in areas like consignment process, material Listing /exclusion, master data related issues.
• Resolving tickets and taking appropriate action based on the priority of queries raised by client and end users withing the stipulated SLA guidelines.
• Implemented the entire pricing procedure, including the condition table, access sequence, condition type, and pricing procedure determination.
• Configured account determination, partner determination, item category / Schedule line category determination.
• Created new routes and loaded all into route determination.
• Using condition technique, configured condition exclusion group, condition supplements, and material determination.
• Configured automatic batch determination in delivery level.
• Good understanding of third-party sales and intercompany process as well as ticket handling and end-to-end testing experience.
• Knowledge of testing and configuration of an incompletion log procedure, copy control, advance return management, and bill of materials.
• Have experience in putting the solution into practice utilizing custom tables and Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+) in accordance with client requirements.
• Worked on smart form Enhancement and bug fixes such as the packing list form, order information/Ack form, and invoice forms.
• Provided the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the new solution's implementation in the STPPOD interface, which involved altering the IDOC with the assistance of a third party to post the proof of delivery for a batch split situation.
• Designed RICEF (Report, Interface, Enhancement, and Smart Forms) functional specification documents.
• Expertise in user acceptability testing, regression testing, system integration, and functional unit testing.

• Resolving incidents and service request involving almost all areas of SD within SLA.
• Working on requests involving change control.
• Carrying out Root cause Analysis (RCA) proactively with intention to reduce number of incidents.
• Resolving issues that caused failure of the Inbound and outbound IDOCs with IDOC type ZOPDEBMAS, ORDERS, and INVOIC in WE02.
• Also following up with PI, middleware and external PARTNER to check whether EDI messages are reached successfully or not.
• Monitoring the workflow errors of approving delivery and billing blocks in sales order.
