- As a Delivery Manager of IntelliMATCH Reconciliation, I am responsible to deliver a defect free reconciliation by closely working with the team, SMEs and Business Analyst.
- Successfully delivered a number of Reconciliations including:
- Participate in the requirement discussions with Business / Upstream systems along with Business Analyst to assist understanding the technical complexity requirements.
- Perform the Impact Analysis caused due to the signed off requirements and document the same.
- Preparing the Logical System document for the reconciliation.
- Clarify any technical queries / issues raised by the offshore development team.
- Assist in the user acceptance testing phase by liaising with business and IT to properly escalate issues as well as track to ensure resolution.
- Follow the SDLC lifecycle and accountable for various documents such as Business Requirement documents (BRD), Functional System Documents (FSD), Logical System Document (LSD), Test Strategy, Test Plans, Release Deployment Plans etc.
- Track all the Issues /Bugs /Change requests raised during the UAT process.
- Provide estimate to Business to implement the Bugs/Change Requests.
- Post Production checkouts of the product deployed.
- Prepare RCA document in case of any production issue.
- Use my hands on experience in IMATCH, SQL Server and Perl in deploying this fixes.

- Mainly involved in the administration of the Sybase Replication Server (12.5) for 4 way replication setup.
- Implementation of Samyukta database (COM) using C with embedded SQL queries, developing stored procedures, triggers in Sybase 12.0.
- Integration of database calls with the front end and prevailing COM system.
- Also involved in the Performance and Tuning of the Database.
- Four way machine installation of CC-COM using socket programming and various concepts related to Interprocess communication techniques (mutual exclusions, pipes, sockets), threads and developing the system for 4 machines replication using Sybase Replication Server 12.5.
