• Involved in safety testing for HE 800 cooler & welding machine torches as per the standard IEC 60974-1 & IEC 60974-2, IEC 60974-7.
• Conducted lifetime test in consumables (Electrode, Tip, etc.,) in plasma cutting machine.
• Market research on the competitor product and improve the ESAB products performance, quality equivalent to the competitor requirements.
• Analyzing and understanding the field products issues and working on the bug fixes and improvement.
• To find out the alternate component for end-of-life components.
• As part of transformer cost reduction evaluated the existing copper-based transformer and converted to aluminum-based transformer.
• Under ESAB product portfolio worked as technical lead to reduce the cost of the more selling products for the cost cutting program.

• Conduct NVH testing and Service support for many MNC automobile manufacturing companies around in Tamil Nadu /Hyderabad like Royal Enfield, Rane, Kone, Wabco, Tafe, LMW, Apollo Tyres etc.
• 2+ years hand-on experience in NVH testing of In Noise, vibrations, Displacement, FRF measurements, Modal analysis testing and including data acquisition, processing, analysis & interpretation.
• Providing guidance to the technical people from the client end in Testing and manufacturing departments in terms of trouble shooting & solving.
