- Vendor sourcing, order allocation based on capacity and strength.
- Costing negotiation – To ensure the target price is met.
- Ensure costing by every month based on yarn hike and order ratio.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
- Gathering all design concepts and tech pack from the design and product development team, and communicating the design brief to vendor partners.
- All submissions are reviewed and approved on time, as per TNA Lab dips, Strike off, First bulk of approval, and bulk fabric.
- Coordinate with vendors for sample development, raw material and garment testing, bulk production, final inspection, dispatch, and payment.
- Host pre-production meeting with QA team and vendors to align the expectations based on the approved tech pack and standard.
- Troubleshoot quality and technical issues with factories, regarding yarn and fabric, in concurrence with cross-functional team.
- Conducting review meetings with factory teams on a weekly basis to achieve Line plan, TNA, and weekly supply plan vs. actual.
- Follow up with factory on DPR (Daily production report) achievement.
- Following the GRIR, update invoice status to the account team, and inform to allocate the payment to the vendor.
