• DQR and AQR preparation for avoiding rejections at the DC level.
• Maintaining market arrivals, pricing, and benchmarking.
• Imported fruit vendors visit on a daily basis.
• Ensuring F&V DC write-off (including stock updates and tare weight).
• Analyzed customer feedback to identify areas for quality enhancement.

• Ripening and Quality control of all types of fruits from Arrival to Dispatch.
• Coordination with Ops team, sales team and Location heads in operations works and discuss suggestable actions for better improvement and updating fruit Age and Condition on daily basis.
• Follow FIFO method in movement of all fruits.
• Banana ripens according to ripening SOP (Maintain temperature, Humidity, PPM as per SOP).
• Maintaining shipment-wise fruit quality reports in ERP and Zoho software.
• Meeting arrangements with source team and respective Quality heads to discuss Regarding Quality issues on weekly basis.
