  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Configuration Audit: Looking after VAPT and Configuration Audits. Experience in resolving the vulnerabilities reported on the servers and appliances for Cyber security domains.
  • As a Compliance Manager in data center administration, I monitor the Vulnerability scans that are conducted every quarter for all servers and appliances. On regular basis, I work with my team to address the observations made during these scans and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper UAT testing and production movement is done.
  • Addressing compliance observations received from different stakeholders associated with Banks such as RBI, DFS, PCIDSS, etc. Supervising these reports and help them resolve the issues by tracking, remediate, follow-up, get downtime if needed and finally guide them for appropriate testing to make sure application is working effectively.
  • CHATBOT AI SOLUTION: Implemented AI chatbots solution for better staff and customer user experience. The bot supports voice, conversations, lead generation and transactions.
  • DIGITAL BANKING UNITS: Enabled digitalization in Canara bank by implementing DBU’s as mandated by RBI to bring digital awareness to customers. Managed and coordinated with designing and deployment team for smooth testing of the project, pre and post release. Deployed robots in DBU’s for better customer experience.
  • VIDEO KYC: Involved in implementing Video Based KYC process for onboarding of customers for opening Savings account. The solution was also used of submission of life certificate and updating of KYC details of customers
  • WHATSAPP BANKING: Involved in onboarding Canara Bank on WhatsApp platform.
  • MANUAL AND PERFORMANCE TESTING: Involved in manual and performance testing of public facing as well as internal applications used by Canara bank on timely basis. Have used JMeter tool for performance testing.

  • Electronic KYC for Canara Bank: Implemented biometric and OTP based EKYC authentication system in Canara Bank Managed the project, which required verification of customers Aadhar via electronic mode, this helped branches for verifying OVD (Officially Valid Document) with UIDAI online.
  • Financial Inclusion Gateway for AEPS services: Focused on Financial Inclusion Gateway, which was implemented as a payment gateway for Aadhar Enabled Payment System transactions. This ensured that the bank’s customer can withdraw and deposit money via this payment system.
  • Aadhaar Data Vault: Proceeded as per UIDAI regulation and implemented encryption technologies in storing banks Aadhar data in Aadhar Data Vault for all allied applications of bank. Spearheaded in moving the data from legacy CBS system to Aadhar Data Vault with encryption technology such as Aadhar Token.
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution for Business Correspondent Transactions: Implemented Access Management protocols using Mobile Device Management solution for 10,000 users across three applications at Canara Bank. Mobile Device Management solution was used to allow authorized APK’s to the Android based Mobiles/Tablets used by the Business Correspondent agents. Mobile Device Management (MDM) is the process of enhancing corporate data security by monitoring, managing, and securing the mobile devices like smartphones and tablets that are used for the application.
