- It is an ISO 9001:2015, ASME “U’’, “U2” & ‘R’’ Stamp approval Holding Company, involving with Design, Manufacturing and Erection of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE) and Air Cooled Condensers (ACC).
- Roles and Responsibilities:.
- Inspection of Raw materials (Plates, Pipes, Flanges, Gaskets, Bolt & Nuts, Welding consumable etc…) and review the Material Test Certificates (MTCs) as per applicable material code and client specification.
- Monitor and witness of welding parameters for the Processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW.
- Verifying that the welders are qualified to the WPS and maintain the continuity records.
- Perform the Stage wise inspection of fabrication as per ITP and approved GA drawing etc….
- Witness of Non Destructive Tests (NDT) such as Ultrasonic test, Penetrant test, Magnetic Particle test, Visual and Pressure Testing like Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Helium leak test, etc….
- RT films interpretation and reports review as per project specification and standard.
- Witness of thickness measurement on dish end, plates, flanges, piping, Headers, etc….
- Witness of the final inspection for equipment as internal assembly check, Verification of Name plate, internal cleaning, marking and Packing inspection etc….
- Witness of Surface preparation & painting inspection activities like DFT Measurement, Adhesion test and Holiday test and also inspection of TSA Coatings for Air cooled Heat Exchangers and structures.
- Responsible for Inspection of stages as specified in Inspection Test Plan which includes Hydro Static tests, Pneumatic Tests, Helium Tests, NDT tests (PT,RT,UT and MPT) and Destructive testing like Tensile, Bend, Impact, Hardness and PMI, etc.
- Responsible for inspection and expediting at sub vendor places.
- Actively listened to customers' requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns.
- Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
