Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper documentation of site works, cordial relationships amongst all constituents at site
• Provide access to work areas and managed provision of attendance to contractors
• Ensuring Quality and Safety requirements and timely completion of projects
• Checking of Shuttering, Level & Reinforcement as per Drawing and IS Specification
• Checking of Field dry density of earthwork by sand replacement method & Core cutter Method
• Checking of Slump & temperature of concrete
• Checking of pre-pour, during and post-pour concreting as per check list and IS code specifications
• Quality checks in Brickwork, Block work, cement plaster work & Gypsum work etc
• Preparation of daily field quality observation report, Non-Conformity report
• To open and close the Non-conformance points at site with according to the confirmation of joint inspection and QAP/IS code specifications
• To perform the weekly Quality review meeting at site along with client and contract
• To perform the Monthly Quality MIS meeting at HO along with client and contract
