1. International Deployment - Wärtsilä, Japan (30 Days)

• Led an end-to-end offshore repair project in Japan, responsible for inspection, alignment, correction, and rebuilding of a ship’s damaged gearbox housing in collaboration with Wärtsilä service engineers from Singapore and Japan. Independently managed all logistics including immigration, customs clearance, and material handling across India and Japan. Executed advanced Laser Tracker CMM measurements on site without technical support, applying new techniques and ensuring precise alignment. Worked within a multicultural team, emphasizing clear technical communication across regions. Successfully resolved a critical customs documentation issue during return by leveraging backup records, preventing equipment detention and project delays.

2. Heads Up Display Test Rig - Mercedes Benz R&D India

• Actively supported the development and setup of a HUD rig using laser tracker systems
  Assisted in operating laser trackers and executing alignment procedures
  Worked with OTP (Optical Tooling Points) to perform accurate measurements and alignments
  Gained practical exposure to Leica and FARO laser tracker technologies

6. Designing of Rocket boosters End Rings

• Designed rocket boosters end rings exclusively for GSLV-MK3 Chandrayaan-2 project.
  And also as a Mechatronics Engineer I have learnt How to perform calibration for Industrial sensors , and also involved in Installation and commissioning of a massive electromechanical instrument called Hot air Autoclave under the department of Instrumentation and Control systems-SDSC SHAR,ISRO.
