Inspection & Commissioning, Participating in weekly client meeting for work progress & site issue., Checking Installation of VRV system, Cassettes AC, Floor Standing AC, Ductable AC units on every site in North Zone., Manage and supervise the site execution works, especially for VRV System activities on day to day basis including resources, planning and monitoring., Installation & Commissioning of the VRV system with/without Centralized Remote Control, BACNET., Preparation of Installation & Commissioning checklist during commissioning of VRV Unit., Prepare Service Commissioning certificate for VRV system.
Inspection & Complaint handling, Troubleshooting for VRV system, Cassettes AC, Floor Standing AC, Ductable AC units., Close complaints and intimate it to company's service call center, after attending., For any rectification, Take photographs, inform Project Engineer for further rectification., Conduct inspection for transit damage, Prepare checklist & damage report for the same., Quarterly visit sites (VRV Site mainly) for preventive measures to reduce the chance of failure/ breakdown., Prepare monthly report on attended complaints & update its status on weekly basis.
