• Earthwork and Pipe laying of HDPE, Ductile Iron, Mild Steel, mdpe and GI pipes.
• New House Service Connections CC road drainage crossing, and Monthly billing follow up and Operation and Maintenance.
• Supervising Existing WTP and jack well and Chlorination operating system and Alum lime dosing as per Specification.
• Site Execution and check all activities.
• Follow up the contractors to improve the progress.
• Earthwork and Construction CWPM and Distribution Network Valve Chambers, Thrust Blocks, Pedestals etc.
• Preparation of sub contractor's bill.
• Preparing the Daily progress (DPR) Report.
• Mobilization of materials for completion of projects within stimulated period.
• Project & site planning management like manpower and equipment mobilization in different stages of project as per planned schedule.
• Micro detailing to the given schedule to accomplish the work within stipulated time frame.
• Keep record of daily documentation regarding Quality, planning, actual activities v/s planned activities etc.
• List out the tools, tackles and heavy equipments required to complete the project.
• To Liaise with client and consultants on daily or weekly bases and also attend the monthly meeting with them to address the issues on site.
• Creating Daily and monthly Progress Report.
• To Ensure Safe & Healthy Environment at site.
• Overall responsibilities for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project.
