• Handling& Verify Piping and Commissioning activity of New Green Field Project.
• Prepration of engineering drawing such as PFD & P&ID.
• Preparation of tentative equipment layout as per process requirement.
• Issuing of Document and drawings according to project schedule.
• Handling operations such as Simple Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, Blending, Agitated nutch filter, jet mill, RCVD, SSBD, SSTD, Spray Dryer, Roller Compactor, sifter, Multi Mill Etc.
• Coordinating with quality department to get relevant information results on time to run the plant as per quality specification.
• Ensure that all the plant operational activities, start-ups and shutdowns are carried out safely as per the SOPs.
• Maintain the process parameters during batch manufacturing as per instruction mentioned in BPCR and equipments operation cleaning and maintenance logs.
• To ensure the compliance of GMP in plant operation.
• Preparing Plant Progress report and Mark-up P& ID
• Lead rollin development of Graphics & Logics for Honeywell DCS.
• P&ID & PFD Review and involved in Detail Engineering of Phthalic Anhydride, & Plasticizer Plant.
• Instrumentation Logic Development with Interlocks Set of ProcessControl & Safeguard.
• Conduct and Preparation of SOP'sand Training, documents for plant Commissioning.
• Calculation of Pump & Pipeline Hydraulics, Mass Balance and Energy balance.
• Preparing Daily Plant Production Report& Analysis.
• Performing JSA &work permits(cold work, hot work confined space, LOTO, height work)
• Planning of Production activityand Material handling.
